Upcoming Shows

Anyone going to the Utrecht or Cologne shows in the next few days?

I'll be attending the Cologne show on Sunday, which is sold out by now. The show will be recorded and broadcast (some time in the future) by German TV station WDR in the "Rockpalast" format.

Re: New single 2 STYX (Craving Heart)

Very nice, this could find a really broad audience.
In my country (Germany) the above link does not work, but this one does:

Re: Bootlegs

Love their intro tapes - to me, they're already an important part of their show. If I remember correctly, this tour they had nice covers such as Gimme Shelter performed by Merry Clayon ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JR7BcfVuwc8 ) and Sunshine of Your Love by Spanky Wilson ( https://www.youtube.co...

Re: London Roundhouse 17th February

Nice review from Classic Rock: http://classicrock.teamrock.com/reviews/2016-02-19/kula-shaker-the-return-of-the-mystics Went to the Brussels show last night, very solid, but I missed the new material somewhat. It seems they're a bit nervous playing it - after Infinite Sun, Crispian said something li...

Re: Worthing 13th February

Something wrong with Crispian's guitar on Gokula? Sounds a bit weird and muted at times!

By the way I'm really surprised they played so few of the new songs. I was sure Mountain Lifter would be the pre-encore final song ... but yeah.

Re: Review in German "Musikexpress" Magazine

Just skipped through the new edition of German Rolling Stone. Guess what: hell just froze over. 4/5. Ace!

Great - things are getting better and better! But what about the intractable folks from NME?

ha! And VISIONS ignores it completely..

Let's wait for the print issue ... or is it out already? And yes, I also expect the usual business from Rolling Stone Magazine ... ;)

Re: Strangefolk / Fat of the land

I can relate to your story, I also dug out Prodigy's Fat of the Land last week on the occasion of a longer road trip. To me, Narayan and Climbatize are indeed the standout tracks. But then, I'm biased obviously ... even though I think Crispian didn't have a hand in writing Climbatize.
