Hi guys,

I am from Germany as well, from Leipzig. I have been a fan since 1996, went to a concert in Berlin in 1999, and then in Munich in 2008, and, happily, Berlin on February 22nd. I am soooooooooo happy they returned with a new album and tour!!! I nearly missed it because I did not check their website/facebook account regularly (I am not a big social media fan), and it was only by pure coincidence (or fate ;-) that I checked Crispian's twitter account on his birthday and saw that they would be going on tour very soon!

Kula Shaker have ALWAYS been my one and only favourite band (there have been others, of course, but nothing really compares to them for me personally) and there were times in the past where I thought "Now we have lost them", like maybe every KS fan has experienced it, but - wahey - they are always surprising us. I even think, would they have released more albums, it would not have been so special every time they eventually release a new one.

So they have always played a part in my life, strangely as that sounds, sometimes more, sometimes less, and I am so happy they still do!

I have never posted here in earlier years, which I regret now, because none of my friends shares my KS love, so I never had anyone to share it with. ;-/

Hello from New Zealand.

Kula Shaker have not been played on the radio here since 1996.

And now because of radio networks, there is very small chance.

I rediscovered them in early 2008 and here I am....

The new album is excellent, the strongest from beginning to end out of them all.

If I was to list top 3 Kula shaker songs well....

It would have to be.

1. The Phantom
2. Mystical Machine
3. Govinda...

But The Death of Democracy is really important if you watch Aaron Russo's interviews on September 11th.
